The camera sits at the front of the tube inside the light path, which is why there is no eyepiece and no visual use at all. In return the field is flat and fully corrected across a large sensor with no additional glass.

About 18 lb, light for eight inches. Because the camera hangs at the front, balance matters more than raw mass when you set it up on the mount.

OTA only

No mount included, and the front-mounted camera makes cable routing and balance part of the setup. A tracking equatorial in the 15 kg class with guiding is the sensible pairing.
